Subscriptions & Savings

How do the monthly product subscriptions work? You can easily add a subscription for any product to your basket for convenient, automatic monthly deliveries. As long as you are subscribed, you will automatically receive a 15% discount on that product. You have full flexibility and can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your personal profile.

What is the Vida-Extens Membership? Our annual membership is designed to give our most loyal customers extra savings. For a yearly subscription of just €10, you will receive an additional 2.5% discount on every single product you purchase for the entire year.

Can I combine discounts? Yes, our standard discounts are designed to be stacked for maximum savings! Special promotional discounts, however, cannot be combined.

• You CAN Combine: Standard discounts. For example, you can combine the 2.5% annual membership discount with the 15% monthly subscription discount for a total of 17.5% off your subscribed products.

• You CANNOT Combine: Special event or limited-time promotional discounts cannot be stacked with any other standard discount.

Do I need an account to place an order? While you can check out as a guest, we highly recommend creating a free personal profile. An account allows you to easily track your purchase history, manage your monthly subscriptions, and enjoy a faster checkout experience on future orders.
